Go to Settings → Firm Settings. The AI Features card shows whether they are on, with a button to switch them.
What they do
AI column matching and data quality analysis run automatically during import. Column matching reads the headers in your spreadsheet and proposes which DepreciationPro field each one is. Data quality analysis flags rows that look wrong before you commit them.
You still review and confirm the mapping. Nothing imports on the strength of a suggestion. See How column mapping works.
It is firm-wide
The setting applies to every user in your firm, not per person. Switching it off switches it off for everyone, and imports fall back to matching columns by name.
Turning it off
Click Disable AI features. Imports keep working. You lose the suggestions and the quality flags, and you map columns yourself.
Firms turn this off when their engagement terms or their clients' expectations do not allow client data to be processed by an AI service. That is a decision for your firm.
